We are a group of near, or fully retired individuals with a wide range of interests.
Formed in 1987, we are part of a UK wide network allied to the Third Age Trust.
We are run by our members, and largely self finance our groups.
The aim is to encourage members to pursue their interests, and develop new ones, in the company
of other lively minded individuals.
We encourage people, with a skill to offer, to share this with people who like learning more.
All it takes is an enthusiastic individual, happy to share something with others, and that’s another
possible U3a group waiting to start!
Monthly meetings with a talk or theme followed by coffee and a chat.
